Palo Santo Stick

Palo santo incense sticks are made from fine wood shavings, mixed with natural glue, and dried. 

Palo santo is traditionally used as a natural remedy for colds and flu, and can also relieve symptoms of stress, asthma, headaches, and reduce inflammation. You can also use it to clear a space of negative or unwanted energies, for meditation, or for cleansing your crystals. 

To use, light your palo santo stick and hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle. Let the stick burn for 30 seconds then blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn.
